What price are we paying now? I grew up in Livingstone a border town in Southern Zambia. Livingstone at the time was a town that was filled with activities whose residents worked for state owned companies such as Livingstone Motor Assembly, Zambia Textiles, Zambia Railways, and the one my mother worked for—Zambia Cold Storage Corporation. At the time, the Livingstone residents were the tourists of their own town if you never mind the meaning of tourist.
